Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026
⚠ Draft — these terms are provided for transparency and are pending review by qualified legal counsel. They may be updated before general availability.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SupplyChain Assist (the "Service"), provided by SUPPLYCHAIN ASSIST AI PTY LTD (ACN 699 029 046) ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf.

2. The Service

SupplyChain Assist provides AI-generated troubleshooting guidance for supply chain systems including WMS, TMS, ERP and integration platforms. The Service is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for professional judgement.

3. AI guidance disclaimer

Responses are generated by an AI model and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for independently verifying any guidance before acting on it, especially changes to live production systems. We are not liable for actions taken based on the Service's output. Always test changes in a non-production environment first.

4. Acceptable use

5. Accounts

Your administrator manages user accounts within your organisation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed per user per month as described at the time of sign-up. Fees and limits may change with notice.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
